  • Project #1 will be due on Tuesday, 10/27/2009 by the end of the day. You may drop it off at my office (Gildemeister 204) and place it in the bin on my office door if I am not in. Alternatively, if you have access to a scanner, you may scan it and e-mail it to me by midnight. Problem #8 will be due on Friday, 10/30/2009.
  • Midterm---Part I will be given on Wednesday, 10/28/2009 and will cover the material from Assignments 2-13.
  • Midterm---Part II will be given on Friday, 10/30/2009 and will cover the material from Assignments 10-17. The overlap is due to the fact that problems dealing with exponentials may appear on both parts of the exam.

  • Quiz #1: Complete the Personal Profile Survey by Wednesday, 8/26/09.  Completion of the survey counts as Quiz #1 (hence you get either a 100% or a 0% on Quiz #1).
  • Quiz #2: In one box of the Personal Profile Survey, you will enter your answer to the syllabus quiz;  this will count as Quiz #2.  Your grade will be determined by the percentage of the anomalous words you find.
