The purpose of this website is to simulate a forced choice procedure to evaluate deafness. This simulation is based on a procedure discussed in Pankratz, et al. (Source: Link).
In this simulation, a red light will be displayed followed by a blue light. A ringing sound will play with either the red light or the blue light. A deaf person would need to guess whether or not the sound was played when the red was shown or the blue light was shown. To simulate the hearing of a deaf person, mute your computer's speaker and procede with the simulation.
