Retention in the Education Program

  The WSU Teacher Education Program may dismiss students for the following reasons:  
 

1. a grade below C in any Education Department or Methods (ENG 240, ENG 402) course

2. withdrawal from the same Education Department or Methods (ENG 240, ENG 402) course more than once

3. withdrawal from two different Education Department courses in two different semesters

4. failure to maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher

5. breach of ethical responsibilities
