Experiment Details - You will carry out Expt 11 essentially as described in Pavia.
Preparation of standard solutions of the known analgesic compounds will be done by students with cooperation and sharing between groups. Standard solutions will work well if 100 mg of compound is dissolved in 4 mL of 50:50 absolute ethanol/CH2Cl2.
