Newspaper Articles: Will be discussed in class on their due dates starting September 8. One of the goals of this course is for you to gain an appreciation for Chemistry that is presented in the popular media. One way this will be accomplished is by finding articles related to Chemistry in the popular media. We will have discussions about this to help deepen your understanding of issues of current importance. For students in Chemistry 106, one of the articles will be the subject basis for your final group project.
