Manufacturing Plans

plans need to be specific - it is expected that fabrication will be done in this manner initially

(1) list of equipment

(2) list of tooling/fixturing

(3) list of materials and/or parts along with quantities

(a) raw materials (are converted during processing and become part of final product)
(b) process materials (used during processing, but do not become part of final product)
(c) purchased parts (incorporated as is into final product)

(4) processes (do not have to be described in a detailed step-by-step manner as in work instructions, but the equipment, tooling/fixturing, and materials listed above are to be referenced)
