Design Review

This is a team presentation.  Each member of the team is required to have a speaking role and deliver a part of the presentation. It is expected that all members of the team are familiar with the entire presentation.

The presentation should be approximately 10 minutes in length.

Content:

introduction

describe the function of your product
describe the positioning of your product in the market
identify the products that compete in this market (identify specific products, describe their features and provide their prices)

highlight some of the key design concerns

describe the design alternatives (highlight their differences)

describe a few of your analyses (with particular emphasis on the structural design concerns)

review the key factors in your decision process (highlighting why the final design was selected)

describe your final design (use the SolidWorks parts/assembly and go over the materials and proposed manufacturing process)
