Course Requirements

Overall course grades will be based on 100%.

The overall course grade will be distributed as follows:

Exams:

The mid-term exam will account for 40% of the overall course grade.

The final exam will account for 40% of the overall course grade.

Homework:

The homework assignments submitted for grading will account for 20% of the overall course grade.

Homework will be collected at the beginning of class on the date the assignment is due. Late homework will not be accepted and the student will receive a grade of zero if it is not handed in at the beginning of the class. The only exception to this will be for students that have been granted an excused absence from the class by the instructor prior to the assignment due date.

During the semester grades will be posted in the applicable course folder found on D2L Brightspace.
